The Jenny from the Block songstress, 53, and Hollywood actor, 50, attended the glitzy bash in Los Angles on Monday night – and people are adamant they had a row.
Clips shared all over social seems to show the moment JLo and Ben are involved in a tense exchange while host Trevor Noah filmed a segment right next to them.
Ben is spotted saying something into Jennifer's ear before he quickly moves away from him, pulling a somewhat uncomfortable face at the star.
Her expressions quickly change after clocking that live TV cameras are pointed right in her direction as she sits up straight and laughs at Trevor's jokes.
TikTok has been flooded with short clippings of the moment as fans continue to debate exactly what was going on during the 'heated moment'.
"Jennifer Garner at home eating popcorn like …. 'Girlllllll he’s your problem now'," wrote one follower – joking about Ben's famous ex-wife.
"The Grammy producers are so messy for this but I love it," said another. While a third penned: "HER FACE WHEH SHE SAW THE CAMERA LOL."
Another shot seems to show Ben talking to Jennifer as she somewhat blanks him, turning her attention to her mobile phone on the table.
Taking to Twitter, another fan chimed in: "Whoever the camera person is tonight, they deserve a raise cause they are FEEDING US!!!!!!"

Comments regarding the alleged altercation are a stark contrast from Jennifer's summary of the star-studded ceremony shared on her social media.
Taking to Instagram, JLo posted: "Always the best time with my love, my husband."
Siding with the chart-topping singer, one fan blasted: "All I see is a couple gossiping together lol! You guys are really digging for it to be more than that."
Another said: "This is why I don’t take pictures with my husband anymore.
"He never seems to be enjoying himself or he’s just not photogenic. But I’m not having a second hand embarrassment moment."
