Songstress Jennifer Lopez seems to get better and better with age - and she's boasted about how her body is currently at the best it has ever been.
The superstar, 51, has revealed her secret to maintaining her gym-honed curves is working out 'harder and smarter'.
Spilling her top tips, Jennifer admitted her current workout routine is working its magic more than any previous regime she had back in her younger days.
She told InStyle magazine: "I'm in the best shape of my life.
"In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now. It's not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past."
Mother-of-two J-Lo laughed: "I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!"
Jennifer recently made the headlines when she and her partner Alex Rodriguez were hit with split rumours.
The couple shut down speculation that they ended their engagement by issuing a public denial following reports last month that they'd decided to end their love story.
However the pair proved that they are back on track and moving forward after Alex uploaded a cosy snap with Jennifer onto his Instagram page.
Baseball ace Alex can be seen snuggling up to age-defying beauty J-Lo in the offering as they pose with huge smiles on their faces as they promote a nutrition supplement on the online platform.
Fans, happy to see the pair together, flocked to the comments to share their joy at seeing a snap of the genetically-blessed duo in the stunning snap.
One gushed: "I am just happy to see that y’all are making it work! I LOVE you two together!!!"
A second and third echoed: "I love y’all’s love" and "Good to see you together..... this is a perfect pair."
It comes after they hit back at reports that they've split and insisted that they're still together.
The couple, who've been engaged for almost two years, told they are "working through some things" but very much still together following reports that they called off their engagement.
They told TMZ : "All the reports are inaccurate. We are working through some things."
The publication was also told that the things they're working through have nothing to do with a third party.
J-Lo and Alex have been together for four years and they were set to tie the knot in a lavish ceremony in Italy last year.
The coronavirus pandemic has forced the happy couple to halt their plans and they are yet to set another date for their nuptials.
