The couple, who've been engaged for almost two years, say they are "working through some things" but very much still together.
They say that reports of their break up have been greatly exaggerated and that they're fighting to stay together.
They told TMZ : "All the reports are inaccurate. We are working through some things."
The publication has also been told that the things they're working through have nothing to do with a third party.
It had been reported on Friday that J-Lo and baseball player A-Rod had called off their engagement.
Sources close to the couple had said that their romance was "on the rocks" for some time before insiders appeared to confirm the break up, saying he was in Miami getting ready for the baseball season while she was filming a movie in the Dominican Republic.
However, it looks like the wedding will still go ahead - as soon as they're able to set another date.
They've been together for four years and they were set to tie the knot in a lavish ceremony in Italy last year.
