Wednesday night was the Jimmy Kimmel-powered “Live in Front of a Studio Audience: Norman Lear’s ‘All in the Family’ and ‘The Jeffersons’” as both legendary shows were remade with all-star casts and it was all done live on ABC, which is pretty awesome.
And it all started with a big surprise as Oscar- and Grammy-winning actress Jennifer Hudson kicked things off by doing an incredible performance of “The Jeffersons'” classic theme some “Movin on Up!”
Seriously, being able to do all of this on live television with millions of people watching is really darn impressive.
