Jennifer Han is targeting a 'life-changing win' over Katie Taylor just six months after giving birth to her second child.
The American's second son was born earlier this year and she is using her children as inspiration ahead of the world title fight in Leeds this weekend.
Han, who has left her children in her native Texas with her husband, has lost 75lbs since giving birth in February to get in shape for the bout, which she admits was a 'struggle'.
But she is confident of pulling off a shock victory over the undisputed lightweight queen, who has yet to taste defeat as a professional, at the home of the Leeds Rhinos on Saturday night.
Han said: "My life has already changed, but if I win and become the unified world champion that would be the biggest accomplishment that I've ever done in my boxing career.
"It'll be huge to bring that back home to my country and to El Paso and to my family and to my team.
"That will be life-changing."
She added: "I'm so blessed to have my sons. They have definitely pushed me more than anything.
"I want to make them proud of their mother. I want them to see that whatever goals you set, you can accomplish if you work hard for it."
Han admits it was very hard to leave her two children in America to fly to England for the bout.
She explained: "It's been difficult, but my husband has been doing a good job of taking care of the boys.
"He calls me and I get to speak to them everyday. I miss them terribly, but this is such a huge opportunity.
"If they were older I would have brought them along but right now they're very young so they need to stay at home.
"I'm doing this for them and they will understand. My two-year-old misses me terribly but I'll be home soon."
- The fight will be shown live on DAZN, which you can subscribe to for €7.99 a month here.
