Jennifer Ellison shares worrying update with fans from hospital bed

Jennifer Ellison has left her fans worried after she shared a mystic post on her Instagram.

She shared an image of what looked like a cannula in her hand, as she lay in a hospital bed, and just captioned it: "Back again!" with crying face emojis.

She supplied no further information, which worried her fans, who took to the comments to express their concern.

The former Brookside star last found herself in hospital with a gnarly gash in her leg, just 12 weeks ago, when she caught herself instead of a fish while sea fishing.

She shared a graphic image of her injury on her Instagram, and captioned it: "How NOT to Sea fish!! Caught myself!"

She added: "Just want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful NHS staff at Craignure Mull A&E hospital for looking after me so well and getting it out!"

It seemed she was well recovered afterwards, but fans still shared their well wishes with her.

Before the accident, Jennifer shared several photos of herself and her family camping, on a beach and enjoying a boat trip.

She was also diagnosed with a nut allergy, back in 2017, after having a life threatening allergic reaction.
