The former Friends star, 51, was seen on set sporting newly dyed blonde hair as she headed to filming a scene with Reece Witherspoon.
Her blonde tresses were worn down in loose curls around her shoulders and she looked typically glam in a sharp grey suit jacket.
This was matched with a grey skirt with a daring slit up the thigh and a pair of grey stilettos that drew attention to her toned legs.
Jen, who plays breakfast TV host Alex Levy in the show, put safety first by wearing a face shield as she was escorted to filming.
She was seen heading to a restaurant to shoot a scene for the drama series with Reese.
Jen and Reese's characters looked deep in conversation as they dined together during the scene.
As Jen talked, a camera man filmed over her shoulder.
Reese, who stars as Bradley Jackson in the series, was later seen leaving the restaurant as she showed off her costume.
She donned a pinstripe suit and a smart white shirt, while her blonde hair was worn down.
Jennifer had got her dyed in January as she prepared for filming.
Chris MacMillan, the hairdresser known for creating Jen's infamous Rachel haircut in Friends, did her hair.
Taking to Instagram to post a photo of the two of them, Jen said: "Aaand, we're back..."
She added a clapperboard emoji, showing that her new look was for a role.
It comes after Jennifer sparked rumours that she has reunited with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.
Jen had posted a selfie with a man lying down on the floor behind her and her fans were convinced it was Brad.
The reunion of Brad and Jen has dominated many of their fans' minds since they split 15 years ago, when Brad met Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith.
