Jennifer Aniston's secret heartbreak as she opened up about her friend's fight with coronavirus.

The Hollywood actress confided in her 34.7million fans her and Courteney Cox's pal Kevin was in hospital fighting for his life with coronavirus.

Jen, 51, captured the urgency of her friend's coronavirus battle with a single devastating photograph of Kevin led in a hospital bed with a ventilator.

In the caption, the Friends star revealed Kevin was "perfectly healthy" with "not one underlying health issue" but he was still in hospital.

She wrote: "This is our friend Kevin. Perfectly healthy, not one underlying health issue. This is Covid. This is real."

The actress begged her fans to wear a face mask while they were going out in public amid the ongoing pandemic raging all over the globe.

Jen urged everyone to wear masks for their family and "most of all yourself".

She added: "We can't be so naive to think we can outrun this...if we want this to end, and we do, right? The one step we can take is PLEASE  #wearadamnmask.

"Just think about those who've already suffered through this horrible virus. Do it for your family. And most of all yourself. Covid effects all ages."

Her heartbreaking post comes hours after Jen was reunited with her Friends co-star Courteney.

TV bosses hope to reunite the cast of Friends over the summer to film the one-off special.

It remains dependant on coronavirus when shooting scenes will go ahead for the episode.
