Jennifer Aniston has cut people out of her life due to their anti-vaccination views

Jennifer Aniston has stood her ground on her views on the Covid-19 vaccination - saying she has stopped working with people who refuse to get one.

Back in May, the superstar actress revealed on Instagram that she'd had her second dose of the vaccine and urged others to get the jab.

And now she has reiterated that she simply has no time for anti-vaxxers or people who won't "listen to the facts" when it comes to the science surrounding the injections.

Speaking to InStyle, the Friends star noted that she believes people are avoiding getting the jab due to "fear or propaganda".

To that point, she's cutting out some of the news channels.

"I've really had to stop [keeping it on too much]," she said of watching CNN.

"We all went through news fatigue, panic fatigue, during the pandemic because we were hoping one day we would wake up and hear something hopeful, and all we got was more insanity."

But when discussing those who refuse to have the injection, she labelled it "a real shame".

She added: "I've just lost a few people in my weekly routine who have refused or did not disclose [whether or not they had been vaccinated], and it was unfortunate."

She continued: "I feel it's your moral and professional obligation to inform, since we're not all podded up and being tested every single day.

"It's tricky because everyone is entitled to their own opinion — but a lot of opinions don't feel based in anything except fear or propaganda."

In the US, CDC data says that over 99.99% of those fully vaccinated have not suffered a breakthrough case of Covid-19 - which is when you contact the virus despite being immunised - which has led to hospitalisation or death.

However, there has been a surge in cases reported as the Delta variant sweeps the country.
