Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are said to be considering a future project that may feature just the two of them.
The Friends actresses, who are set to appear in a one-off reunion special, are reportedly considering a spin-off that just includes their two characters, Rachel and Monica.
While the whole cast have reunited for the upcoming special, an insider has revealed that Jennifer and Courteney have made the most effort in getting them back together.
The lockdown has also brought the pals closer and helped them realise they can depend on each other.
"Lockdown has taught Jen and Courteney that they can depend on each other 100 per cent and that, together, they can make almost anything happen," a source told Closer magazine.
"They've been doing all the leg work for the Friends reunion, and while it's going to go ahead, they've also decided that it might be easier going forward if they concentrate on a project, just the two of them."

Jennifer and Courteney maintained their close friendship even after Friends came to an end in 2004.
The source continued: "Jen and Courteney feel the closest and are the most committed to the reunion.
"They've said that if the others don't want to do anything past the one-off reunion episode, then they would consider doing a spin-off with their characters, or a new project, which is exciting for them both."
A representative for Courteney and Jennifer has been contacted for comment.


The Friends reunion was announced earlier this year however was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
While they are excited to work on some professional projects together, the pair also share a close friendship and have been very supportive of each other's personal endevours.
Jennifer, who is also godmother to Courteney's daughter, also recently bought a new pooch that has been keeping her company.

The insider added: "Courteney is thrilled for her, because she worries that Jen can get lonely sometimes and she's happy to see that she's expanded her furry family yet again.
"She's already sent Jen a huge bouquet of dog gifts, and they're looking forward to going on hikes together with their puppies in tow."
