Jeff Janis had a special delivery for Jordy Nelson

A pair of former Green Bay Packers receivers shared a post-NFL moment together this past weekend.

Jeff Janis, who now runs a tire shop in Michigan, delivered a load of new tires to Jordy Nelson, who has resumed life as a farmer in Kansas.

Janis shared the special delivery on his official Instagram page Saturday.

“When Jordy says he needs tires, you drive 14 hours to Kansas to deliver!” Janis wrote.

Janis and Nelson played together in Green Bay from 2014 to 2017.

Janis has been out of football since being cut by the Cleveland Browns following training camp in 2018. He opened “Janis Tire and Auto” in Oscoda, Michigan in April of 2019. Nelson played one year in Oakland before retiring back to Kansas this offseason.
