Jeff Goldblum's wife and biggest film roles - as season two of Disney+ show lands

The arrival of The World According to Jeff Goldblum to Disney+ in November 2019 made for entertaining viewing.

So much so, it received a 2020 Emmy nomination for ‘Outstanding Hosted Nonfiction Series or Special’.

The docu-series followed Goldblum’s travels across the US to learn more about the familiar and unusual topics, from ice cream production to the history of tattoos.

Intertwined with the beloved actor’s effervescent and whimsical personality, fans wanted more.

A second season was announced in January but due to the pandemic it was sadly delayed.

Fortunately, the second season has now landed on Disney Plus and here’s everything you might be curious to know about Goldblum.

Who is Jeff Goldblum married to?

Goldblum has been married to Emilie Goldblum since 2014. At the age of 10, Emilie moved to Russia in order to train with Russian rhythmic gymnasts, according to New Statesman.

Previously competing in the Olympics for rhythmic gymnastics, she is a three-time national champion of Canada.

Much like her husband, she has taken her talents to the big screen, serving as a body double for Rihanna in Valerian and Emma Stone in La La Land.

Despite a 30-year age gap, the insanely happy couple met at an Equinox gym according to Wired.

He said, "I saw her from across a crowded room and I marched up to her, entranced, and began some kind of conversation."

What movies has Jeff Goldblum been in?

He has starred in some of the highest-grossing films of his era, such as Jurassic Park (1993) and Independence Day (1996), as well as their respective sequels, The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018), and Independence Day: Resurgence (2016).

In July 2018, a 25ft statue of Goldblum was erected next to London's Tower Bridge as a temporary installation in order to mark 25 years since the release of Jurassic Park.
