Jeff Brazier's bid to save marriage after his wife suddenly changed her mind about kids

Jeff Brazier, 40, who was married to Jade Goody fromm2002-2004, has revealed he has been having marriage problems with his new wife, Kate Dwyer.

Though the couple have only been married for one year, they are already going head to head over some of the most important aspects of their relationship.

Jeff had wanted to have children with Kate straight away after they married, but Kate has had a change of heart and now doesn't want children with him at all.

He recently revealed Kate works long hours, leaving him alone in their home with his children every day.

Kate is stepmum to Jeff's sons with Jade, who died in 2009, Bobby, 16, and Freddy, 15.

The row saw Jeff take off his wedding ring and unfollow his wife on Instagram , sparking rumours they had split.

But he has since put the ring back on and refollowed her, so it seems they are working things out.

A spokesperson for Jeff and Kate told Heat that the two were working through their relationship issues together.

Jeff previously told the Mail : "Being married makes you feel more settled, but life doesn't feel much different, because Kate has a wonderful career in PR where she works very hard and long hours.

"So, it's still just me and the boys at home a fair bit.

"I'm not sure whether we'll have children.

"I had thought when we got married we'd go straight in [on starting a family] but there seems to have been a change of heart about that, and a need for a little more time before those decisions are made.

"I'm just as happy if we do or don't, and I'm content to be patient and let Kate figure all that out."

He added: "It has been tough, but then it was meant to be tough.

"You know, it was what I signed up to. I didn't necessarily sign up to doing it on my own, but that's nobody's fault."
