Jeff Brazier has showed off his unconventional Christmas celebrations following his split from wife Kate O'Dwyer.
The 43-year-old TV personality took to Instagram on Christmas Day to share a video of himself plunging into the freezing water with his two sons — EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier, 19, and Freddie Brazier, 18.
Despite the cold temperatures, the family dived into the icy sea during their camper van trip along the East Sussex coastline as they chose "to go on an adventure" over the festive period.
Jeff had earlier shared the sad news he and wife Kate O'Dwyer, 32, had called time on their nine-year romance as he opened up about feeling lonely and struggling to adapt to his new life.
Captioning his latest social media post, Jeff wrote: " Happy-Camper-Christmas."
TOWIE's James Argent commented: "Merry Christmas Jeff, Have a lovely time with the boys."
A Place In The Sun star Lee Juggurnauth wrote: "Merry Christmas mate x."
Jeff's fans also offered the family well wishes, with one person commenting: "Happy Christmas mate. Here's to a brilliant new year.."
Another said: "What an amazing Dad you are. I'm sorry times have been a little rough for you lately, take a dip in that ocean, cleanse your soul and tell yourself that 2023 will be amazing. You've got so much to be proud of."
Jeff also shared a picture with his sons, who he shares with the late Jade Goody, on his Instagram Story as he urged fans to "do Christmas your way."
The trio started their trip at Seven Sisters in Sussex before working their way across to Bexhill-on-Sea and then stopping overnight in Westgate-on-Sea.
Jeff said they had "a lovely day in Margate" before swapping Kent for Sussex.
The life coach also took to Instagram last week to tell his followers how he had recently moved to a new house with Bobby and Freddie after his marriage broke down.
Kate and Jeff had been together since 2013 and tied the knot five years later.
Jeff announced the end of his marriage with a lengthy statement on Instagram.
"One for the smilers and eternally positive individuals who don’t often afford themselves the right to share their own vulnerabilities," he wrote.
He continued: "My 9 year relationship ended earlier in the year and I’ve been working through that on top of supporting someone close to me who is going through something difficult.
"The boys and I have recently moved home to a new area & I spend most of the time alone as the boys obviously have their own things going on.
