Edward Grimes, one half of the Jedward duo, was supposedly visited by the spirits of late family members while he recovered from a “life-threatening” appendix removal.
The Jedward star shared with fans on Instagram that he had been rushed to hospital over the weekend and documented his discharge early Monday morning.
He took to social media to tell his followers about his spooky experience saying he believed he was “welcomed back” by dead relatives.
He wrote: “I’m back home and I’ve seen two white spirit auras radiating energy in my room.
“Almost a glow of energy radiating a pulsing effect if that makes sense. I feel this sense of calm and love surrounding me.”
Edward himself admitted he was sceptical of others claiming to see spirits until he himself encountered the paranormal.
He added: “You aren’t alone, there (are) guardian angels or energies around us all."
Thankfully, Edward is back home after the ordeal, “healing and on the road to recovery!”
While there is no longer a “Jed in the ward,” he commended the health care he received while going under the knife.
“The Irish health department is totally rocking it as you can see.”
The whole situation was just another dramatic tale in the lives of the Jedward pair, and Edward said he would document the experience in an autobiography one day.
