Jedward's Edward Grimes believes he was visited by the spirits of his late family members after he recovered from "life-threatening" surgery.
The singer took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday to document his ordeal after he was rushed to hospital to have emergency surgery to get his appendix removed.
He was discharged from the hospital early Monday morning, and he believed he was "welcomed back" by his dead relatives.
Writing in white text on a black background, Edward explained: "I'm back home and I've seen two white spirit auras radiating energy in my room.
"Honestly think it's past family members welcoming me back.
"I'm not an expert but I know the energy I felt and it was very present. This has happened in the past in two other locations so I know what I'm seeing.
"Almost a glow of energy radiating a pulsing effect if that makes sense. I feel this sense of calm and love surrounding me."
Edward added that he had been doubtful of people claiming to see spirits and auras himself until it happened to him.
"You aren't alone there is guardian angels or energies around us all," he continued.

He had documented his time in hospital on his Instagram Stories after revealing had had been in a "life-threatening situation".
Edward said: "Just had immediate surgery to remove my appendix.
"It was a life threatening and scary situation but I'm grateful the emergency team have operated on me and stopped the agony.
"I'm healing and on the road to recovery!"

He filmed himself "live from the ward" and claimed everyone there was "really excited about the Jed in the ward".
Edward also got the other patient on the ward to film him in his hospital bed as he showed his fans how he can move the bed up and down.
"The Irish health department is totally rocking it as you can see," he said.
Later he filmed himself putting on concealer as he wanted to be ready to have his photo taken when leaving hospital.

There was also a snap of his backless hospital gown in which he protected his modesty by adding two disco balls over his bum.
"Wrecking ball vibes for today's outfit," he joked.
He then reflected on his time in hospital and the people he met, including the "kindest caring soul" in his room and someone he "could marry one day".
Edward said he would write about the experience in a chapter in an autobiography one day.

He went on: "Never been this vulnerable and just overcoming it all I feel this new energy from within me.
"The pain and laughs all mixed into hilarious chats and bonds with wonderful memories that should be tragic but made me grow.
"I feel like I've been on a wild dream and I'm happy you all enjoyed the trip too."
Next he got dressed in his normal clothes and had a blood test to make sure he was ready to go home.
