Leeds United's newest signing Jean-Kevin Augustin was given the perfect introduction to Elland Road as he revelled in a 'special' night in West Yorkshire.
The Frenchman completed his loan move to West Yorkshire on Monday morning and after travelling with the squad for Tuesday night's home clash against Millwall, he was left out of Marcelo Bielsa's matchday squad, meaning he had to watch the dramatic 3-2 win from the sidelines.
Leeds went in 2-0 down at half-time, amid a series of controversial decisions by referee Darren England, but made sure that they did not end with another bad luck story, as two Patrick Bamford goals, either side of a Pablo Hernandez strike, saw them claim all three points.
The win, coupled with another loss for West Brom, means that Leeds are back on top of the Championship table, two points ahead of their West Midlands rivals.
And for Augustin, it provided the perfect first taste of what Elland Road can offer.

"What a first special night for me here, and I haven't even played yet," he tweeted after the final whistle. "Atmosphere is incredible credit to you all," he continued, while posting a clip of the home fans in fine voice.
He also showed that he has got a quick grasp of the refereeing standards that have been applied to Leeds this season, making a jibe about Millwall goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski's first-half timewasting.

Augustin will be hoping to be involved when Leeds host Wigan on Saturday - although Patrick Bamford's timely brace means he may well have to settle for a place outside the starting XI.
