He highlighted more than $2 billion in capital funding for the Chicago Transit Authority through the state’s Rebuild Illinois infrastructure program, including funding for modernization projects.
Pritzker also pointed to the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Act, which he described as a "once in a generation investment and reform package."
According to Pritzker, the measure provides $1.5 billion annually to support transit operations across Illinois.

Autonomous Vehicles Reshape Future Transit
