Former Bears quarterback Jay Cutler’s Instagram account has vanished.
The account, @IfJayHadAnInstagram, was previously managed by his now-ex Kristin Cavallari. But following the couple’s split in April, Cutler was posting on his own: In one popular posting spree in June (which included his first Instagram story), Cutler chronicled his hunt for who — or what — was responsible for some missing chickens on his Nashville farm.
“OK, here’s the deal, first [Instagram] story, big one,” Cutler said to his followers back in June. “We’ve lost quite a few [chickens]. Tonight we’re going to set up the trail camera to see if it’s a coyote, bobcat, I don’t know, raccoon. Could be anything.” Cutler initially suspected it could’ve been an “inside job” and accused his cat, Thelma, of being responsible.
The shift in posting frequency and tone seemed to suggest that Cutler, known for his sometimes surly personality, may have had a change of heart when it comes to social media.
But it seems like he’s switched back to his off-the-grid approach. Wednesday, Culter’s Instagram account appeared to have been deleted.
One day earlier, over on Cavallari’s account, the reality TV star posted a photo cuddling up with former boyfriend and “Laguna Beach” costar Stephen Colletti. But according to TMZ, the two are just friends.
