Jaws star Richard Dreyfuss unveiled in Celebrity Bake Off line-up

Jaws star Richard Dreyfuss is the biggest fish in a stellar line-up for this year’s Celebrity Bake Off.

The actor, 72, is in the mix against rivals including TV presenters Carol Vorderman, Kelly Brook and Alex Jones, Channel 4 announced yesterday.

Documentary maker Louis Theroux, tennis player Johanna Konta, fashion guru Tan France, singer James Blunt and TV judge Rob Rinder also aim to be crowned Star Baker.

Actress Caroline Quentin, I’m a Celebrity winner Scarlett Moffatt and comics Mo Gilligan and Jenny Eclair will be putting their cake making skills to the test.

TV reporter Alison Hammond, Love Island’s Ovie Soko, actress and DJ Patsy Palmer, YouTuber Joe Sugg, actor James Buckley and comics Joel Dommett and Russell Howard complete the line-up.

Each of the five episodes will feature four stars in Signature, Technical and Showstopper rounds.

Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood will judge and hosts Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig will offer tea and sympathy in the tent.

The show, due to air in the spring, is in aid of Stand Up To Cancer.

Channel 4’s Sarah Lazenby said: “We hope viewers enjoy this year’s line-up of famous bakers. There’s never a dough moment as each bring something fresh and exciting.”
