Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet 'have reconciled and are living together' after shock split

Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet have reportedly reunited after having a “change of heart” just weeks after announcing their shock split.

The 42-year-old Aquaman actor and the 54-year-old Ray Donovan actress had been one of Hollywood’s dream couples – embarking on their romance in 2005 and tying-the-knot in 2017.

They share two children together; 14-year-old daughter Lol and 13-year-old son Nakoa-Wolf – while Jason is stepfather to 33-year-old Zoe Kravitz, who is Lisa’s daughter from her past marriage to rock singer Lenny Kravitz, 57.

The celebrity world was shocked in January when Jason and Lisa announced they were breaking up after five years of marriage, but now reports are suggesting the pair have reunited.

A friend of the couple told HollywoodLife: “Jason moved back in with Lisa about two weeks ago and they are very much back together.

“They decided to work on things rather than throw in the towel because they have so much invested in each other."

The source goes on to say the couple’s two children are: "Obviously thrilled their parents have given marriage another shot. Everyone is really hoping that they can make this work this time around."

While the friend added Lisa is "and always has been the only woman that Jason has ever loved."

Back in January, Jason and Lisa announced their split with a social media post.

It stated: "We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring.

"And so~ We share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage."

They said they wanted to go public with their news so they could go about their lives with "dignity and honesty".

Jason added in the joint statement: "The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other ~to be who we are learning to become… Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life & our Children.

"Teaching our Children what’s possible ~ Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail."

However, the post has since been deleted amid reports of a reconciliation.

In the days following their shock split announcement, Jason was photographed living in a van parked outside the house of a friend.

A source close to the star told The Sun of Jason and his RV at the time: "He stays in it quite often and has opted to sleep in there instead of getting a hotel on set so he can be by the beach.

“He's really not a private jet, luxury resort kind of guy."

Meanwhile, Jason has been helping promote the upcoming film The Batman which stars stepdaughter Zoe as Catwoman.

Highlighting the film’s imminent release via social media, he gushed: “so proud. Can’t wait,” as he urged his followers on Instagram to watch the superhero drama.
