Jason McCourty got NFL fans riled up with his 2023 NFL Draft hot takes on BBQ, AFC South

Right on the heels of Dallas Cowboys legend Drew Pearson trolling the 2023 NFL Draft crowd, fellow league veteran Jason McCourty picked right back up where Pearson left off.

As he announced the Titans’ third-round draft pick, McCourty, sporting a sharp Houston Oilers jacket, went to the stage and did as much taunting as he possibly could.

Perhaps his biggest digs were at the AFC South and Kansas City barbecue. He (correctly) says that Tennessee has better barbecue than Kansas City, which of course won’t go over well in any place but Tennessee.

He even pulled former NFL punter and media personality Pat McAfee into his trolling somehow. Like, this was an unexpected delight from McCourty.

McCourty knows that the best way for the NFL Draft to stay entertaining is by the pick announcers to have some fun with the audience.

Thankfully, he answered the call and gave us some entertainment well into round three.

NFL Twitter had some good reactions to McCourty's fiery draft announcement.
