Jason Manford to take new stand-up show to both Newcastle City Hall and Utilita Arena in 2021

Jason Manford will warm-up for his new stand-up tour with shows in small theatres in the North East before Newcastle City Hall and Utilita Arena dates in 2021.

The Salford-born comedian is set to head out on the road in 2021, for a massive 99 date tour of the UK and Ireland.

Jason's 2021 'Like Me' tour includes shows at Newcastle City Hall on February 19, 2021 and Newcastle Utilita Arena on Friday October 22, 2021. He is also due to perform in Middlesbrough and Darlington on the same tour.

Jason - who recently took part in ITV's The Masked Singer and has toured the UK in a theatrical performance of 'Curtains'- has arranged a series warm-up shows in smaller venues in 202.

They include gigs at Hexham Queen's Hall, Whitley Bay Playhouse, Northallerton Forum, The Witham in Barnard Castle and Stockton ARC Theatre. Tickets for those dates are on sale "soon" according to the comedian's website.

Jason said: “After the fun we had on my last tour ‘Muddle Class’, I’m excited to get back on the road with my new stand-up show ‘Like Me’. In these trying times, it’s always important to be able to get away for a couple of hours and exercise the old chuckle muscle!

"So, I’m coming to a venue near you in 2021, so we can have a good laugh together. See you then."

Tickets for the 2021 tour go on sale on Friday February 28, 2020.
