Rangers and Celtic fans have been urged to stay at home and avoid Covid rule breaches on the eve of derby day by Jason Leitch.
Steven Gerrard's newly-crowned champions visit Celtic Park on Sunday for the first time since winning the club's first league title in a decade.
There were fears the clash would be cancelled after Rangers fans gathered in numbers to celebrate winning the Scottish Premiership victory.
However, it was rubber stamped by the Scottish Government with both Glasgow giants urged fans to stay home with messages from the likes of Steven Gerrard and John Kennedy.
The national clinical director reiterated calls for supporters on Off The Ball to watch derby day from their homes after the scenes at George Square and Ibrox.
"We’ve spent 10 days talking to the clubs, and the clubs have done really well talking to their fan groups, and with captains and mangers putting out clips.
"The message is pretty straightforward. The message is stay at home.
"Don’t go to either stadium, don’t go outdoors in groups to celebrate or commiserate.
"Stay at home watch the game and let's think about celebrations and commiserations in the future when we can gather again."
