Jason Kelce, the former Philadelphia Eagles center, seems to be adjusting well to his retirement from the NFL. In a recent episode of the New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast, Jason shared that he feels no different since retiring earlier this month. He even mentioned that he continues to visit the Eagles' training facility for weight-lifting sessions.

When asked about his retirement one week in, Jason expressed that he feels unchanged and that the reality of his retirement may sink in more once the football activities like OTAs, training camp, and the season begin. Despite this, he has received overwhelming support from friends, former teammates, and retired players, with over a thousand text messages of well-wishes.

Jason mentioned that the messages of support, especially from retired players, have been heartwarming and appreciated. He made a point to acknowledge the impact of these messages on him, highlighting the camaraderie and understanding among retired athletes about the life-changing nature of retirement.

During his retirement announcement on March 4, Jason reflected on his career, which spanned 13 seasons in the NFL and included notable achievements such as seven Pro Bowl selections, six first-team All-Pro selections, and a Super Bowl title. He expressed gratitude for the journey and the challenges he faced as an underdog throughout his career.

Overall, Jason Kelce's transition into retirement appears to be smooth, with a strong support system and a positive outlook on the future.
