Jason Kelce casually frolicked around the field in a thunderstorm before the Eagles preseason game

I have never seen anyone love the rain as much as Jason Kelce does.

Before the Philadelphia Eagles final preseason game against the New York Jets, Kelce was seen strolling casually around the field in his warmup gear. Not an unusual sight before a football game, sure, but on Friday at MetLife Stadium a thunderstorm and torrential rain hit the New York area, causing the game to be delayed.

Yet, instead of spending his time inside during the storm, Kelce took to the field for a run in the rain… and in his socks no less! Not only that, Kelce was having the time of his life out there, even sliding around on the wet grass for fun.

Here are some more pictures of Kelce frolicking around in the rain, for your enjoyment.

Reporters caught up to Kelce after his casual stroll through the rain, where the Eagles center explained his actions in a hilarious manner.

“Cause these aren’t my clothes and I’ve got a shower right there. It just looked fun! I haven’t been to a water park in awhile.”

I can’t say I’d do the same, but I have to respect Kelce here. Look at how much fun he was having!
