Jason Garrett found an incredibly sad way to try to inspire the slumping Cowboys

Unless you’ve been living under a rock (which would be weird and probably uncomfortable) for the past month or so, you know Jason Garrett and the Dallas Cowboys have fallen on rough times as of late.

While they still currently sit atop the NFC East standings with a less than impressive 6-7 record, they’ve lost three straight games and Garrett’s employment situation has been a hot topic of discussion just about everywhere you turn.

This week they host the LA Rams, a team that’s coming off a big win over Seattle and could very likely hand the Cowboys a fourth straight loss Sunday at Jerry’s World, which would just lead to more chaos in Big D.

So what has Garrett done this week to fire up his troops? Apparently he showed them videos of when they did good things in the past, including some from last season:

In a word – yikes.

That seems like something your JV coach would do to try to show you that “doggonit, little Billy. You can still do this!” This shouldn’t be coming from a professional coach in charge of one of the most prestigious franchises in all of sports.

It’s just another sad look for a team and a coach that seemingly have lost their way.
