Jason Derulo left speechless with huge bill after buying drinks for entire bar

Jason Derulo was feeling pretty generous when he found out that his single Savage Love went to No. 1.

The 31-year-old singer hit up swanky Los Angeles rooftop restaurant, Catch, with his nearest and dearest following the smashing success of the remix, featuring BTS and New Zealand singer Jawsh 685, which topped the US Billboard charts.

In a video the performer shared to both Instagram and TikTok, he was seen showing off the total of the bill he was given after treating everyone at the restaurant to a drink on him.

Captioning the video, he wrote: "It’s a celebration @catch! SAVAGE LOVE #1 on billboard, we did it."

But the singer looked less than thrilled when he first saw how much the bill came to - a staggering $112,742.30, approximately £87,245.63.

“Cheers to everyone in the building,” Derulo told his fellow diners.

During the video, Jason's girlfriend, Jena Frumes, kisses him and says, "Congrats, babe," and later says, "My baby hit No. 1 on the Billboard."

But several fans accused Jason of editing the post to shoutout BTS after he allegedly failed to initially include them in his celebratory social media moment.

One fan said: "You should thank BTS. This is not your success."

Another wrote: "You literally got #1 because of BTS."

A third said: "You thanked bts AFTER people called you out on it on tiktok? You’d think BTS would be the first person to thank considering them and their fans are the reason you could even afford to pay that bill."

Jason gave his fellow contributors a shoutout in his Instagram caption, telling them, "We did it."
