Jasmine Joyce's 20 seconds of genius leaves viewers gobsmacked

Wales star Jasmine Joyce has been at it again, impressing the rugby world with a moment of sheer brilliance during the World Sevens series.

Joyce, who has been in remarkable form for Wales and Great Britain Sevens this season, blew people away once again as she inspired her side to a 24-7 victory over Canada in Dubai.

The Welsh flyer chased down and tip tackled Canada's Krissy Scurfield, before taking a quick tap penalty from the resulting infringement and setting off from her own half to gallop home for a try. From tackle to try took 20 seconds.

Joyce's exploits have been hailed on social media, with former England international Danielle Waterman describing her form as "ridiculous".

The Welsh international made waves back in September after showing remarkable pace to chase down an attacker and save a try in a match against USA.

She played for Wales in the 15s autumn match against Japan early in November, scoring two tries before joining up with Team GB on the sevens circuit.
