Jarvis Landry to host bevy of Cleveland stars for softball game

Jarvis Landry is ramping up for his summer softball event coming up on June 12th in Eastlake, Ohio. The website for the event notes that the “family event” had over 6,000 spectators and fans can expect the following:

This event includes family activities, a home run derby, followed by seven-innings of softball. This will be a day filled with a plethora of entertainment, excitement, rivalry, philanthropy and much more!

Gates open at 2 PM with the home run derby starting at 4 PM and the softball game starting at 5 PM.

There are expected to be a ton of notable Cleveland stars who are either from the area, played for the team, or still play for the team as Landry took to social media to share:

The website for the event has a large list of names:

Travis Kelce, Joe Haden, David Njoku, Denzel Ward, Stipe Miocic, Monica Brown, Bernie Kosar, Shelton Gibson, Christian Kirksey, Logan Paul, Jake Paul, Blake Johnson, Shawne Merriman, Myles Garrett, Bamarius Bilbo, Andrew Hawkins, Pharaoh Brown and many more.

There will be a fan experience that you can sign up for on the site as well as a picture recap of the 2019 game (2020 was not held due to COVID-19). Fans and companies can also become sponsors of the community charity event.

With Landry’s heavy use of social media, it is likely that there will be a lot of cameras at this event. Cleveland fans will enjoy seeing some of their favorite players, past and present, while also hoping for health for all the participants.
