Jared Goff’s record-breaking $134M extension had fans making jokes about Patrick Mahomes

Jared Goff is about to be a really rich human being.

Late Tuesday night ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Los Angeles Rams and their starting QB have agreed upon a new deal that should be signed this week. The four-year deal is worth $134 million, with a record $110 million guaranteed.

Wow.

Goff came into his own last season under head coach Sean McVay though he did struggle quite a bit in the Super Bowl loss to the New England Patriots.

While that is a lot of money for Goff, it instantly made everyone wonder just how much cash Patrick Mahomes is going to get from the Chiefs when he’s up for an extension after this season.
