Jose Mourinho has sprung a surprise with his Tottenham line-up today, after naming 19-year-old defender Japhet Tanganga in his starting XI.
It will be the academy products Premier League debut, as Spurs take on the runaway leaders Liverpool at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
He made his senior competitive debut for Spurs with a start in the Carabao Cup third round tie at Colchester United in September.
His inclusion is one of three changes made by Mourinho, with Danny Rose, Harry Winks, Davinson Sanchez also coming in.
Spurs will operate with a back-three formed of Tanganga, Sanchez and Tony Alderweireld. Serge Aurier and Rose will operate like wing-backs, with Winks and Christian Eriksen in the middle.
Dele Alli and Lucas Moura will support Heung-min Son in attack, who fills the void left a by the injured Harry Kane.
Liverpool, meanwhile, make one change from their last Premier League outing with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain replacing James Milner.
