Japhet Tanganga, Bryan Gil and nine players who could leave Tottenham before transfer deadline

It could be all action in terms of outgoings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the final week of the transfer window.

As important as new additions are for Antonio Conte and his Spurs side as they eye up a Champions League place, players need to be moved on over the next six days as they look to feature regularly elsewhere.

A number of loan deals could potentially be on the horizon, with players such as Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Dele Alli and Joe Rodon all tipped to exit.

So which Tottenham players could possibly be on their way from the capital before the upcoming deadline? football.london takes a look.

Matt Doherty

The Republic of Ireland international has been tipped to depart Tottenham this month due to a lack of playing time at the club over the course of the season.

Although opportunities have been there for Doherty on either flank over the past few weeks, his game time would suffer if former Wolves teammate Adama Traore seals a move to north London.

For the sake of his own career, Doherty needs a move if he is to get back to his previous levels.

Bryan Gil

Opportunities have been few and far between for Gil since his summer move to the club from Sevilla.

The Spanish international has been linked with a return to his homeland this month on a loan deal, with Valencia and Real Sociedad two of the clubs mentioned.

Although needing pitch time to help develop as a player, Spurs won't want to leave themselves too short in attack depending on possible outgoings.

Joe Rodon

Rodon has once again had to make do with a place on the sidelines for the vast majority of the season with only one Premier League appearance to his name.

The Welsh international needs a move, whether that be temporary or permanent, as it's no good for him to be sitting on the bench when he needs to be gaining vital Premier League experience.

Rodon is believed to be interested in moving somewhere where he will start matches regularly.

Giovani Lo Celso

Lo Celso's Tottenham future was plunged into doubt last weekend following his omission from the squad to take on Chelsea.

Making it clear he is 100% fit and not carrying any injuries, his absence was rather telling and now an exit in the final week of the window could be on the cards.

football.london understands that Spanish side Sevilla are keen to lure him back to La Liga following such a successful time with city rivals Real Betis in 2018/19.

Dele Alli

Alli's future is once again up for discussion after barely featuring since the managerial switch in November.

The 25-year-old needs to head elsewhere to get his career back on track as it's clear to see that won't happen at Tottenham.

Everton and Newcastle United are believed to be interested in a deal for the 25-year-old.

Steven Bergwijn

Ajax could yet return with another bid for Bergwijn after having a £15million offer rejected earlier in the month.

Conte has already made it clear that he counts on the Dutchman, with his late double away at Leicester City proof of that.

It would be a huge shock if Bergwijn is allowed to depart before next Monday's transfer deadline.

Japhet Tanganga

Tanganga has been a regular at the back for Tottenham in recent weeks due to a number of injuries but that hasn't stopped talk of a potential January exit.

AC Milan are believed to be interested in a deal for the England Under-21 international and a switch to the San Siro would be a tremendous move for him if he is going to feature consistently in their title challenge.

Conte just needs to decide on whether he wants to keep the academy graduate for the rest of the season or he lets him depart to gain more experience.

Tanguy Ndombele

Ndombele's time at Tottenham finally looks to be coming to an end after plenty of exit talk in the past.

Currently training away from the first-team squad, the French international clearly isn't in Conte's plans and Spurs now have to find the best deal for them.

Amid talk of a return to his homeland and a reunion with Mauricio Pochettino at Paris Saint-Germain, there may have to be some compromise from the player and Spurs if a deal is to go through.

Brandon Austin or Alfie Whiteman

The final week of the window could see one of Austin or Whiteman depart for regular football.

Austin has acted as third-choice goalkeeper behind Hugo Lloris and Pierluigi Gollini this campaign after Whiteman linked up with Swedish side Degerfors back in August.

Another loan move could be on the cards for one of them.

Jack Clarke

Clarke elected against a move away from the club in the summer to fight for his place at Tottenham under Nuno Espirito Santo.

That just didn't work out as planned for the York-born winger, who has since had to make do with regular football in Premier League 2.

The youngster needs a move to get his career up and running again as it's just not happened for him at Tottenham.

Harvey White

It was perhaps a surprise not to see White head out on loan in the summer after spending the second part of last campaign at Portsmouth.

However, what happens with the 20-year-old could all depend on Tottenham's midfield situation before the transfer window shuts for business.

Given the possibility of Alli, Lo Celso and Ndombele heading out of the door, White, who took Lo Celso's place on the bench vs Chelsea, could be needed to ensure Spurs don't leave themselves too short in the position.
