An increasing number of companies and local governments are offering pictograms for free to prevent infection with the novel coronavirus. Anyone can print them from the internet and use them.
Mitsui Designtec Co. has been offering pictograms on its website for free since May to encourage people to wear masks, wash their hands and gargle. The designer who created the pictograms said: "The designs are kept simple so that the pictures and numbers alone convey meaning. Please feel free to use them."

The company also allows users of their pictograms to change wording. "We made this with the thought of overcoming [difficulties of the coronavirus] with everyone." a company official said.
