The national team was scheduled to have three matches against Wales and England in Japan in June and July, which were canceled due to the spread of the virus.
According to sources, the team was planning to start a training camp in Japan early next month for the first time since last year's Rugby World Cup in Japan, but the union concluded that there are high risks in having many people move in group and stay over for a training camp.
