
The Japan Football Association announced on Thursday the Japanese national team's squad of 23 for the upcoming FIFA World Cup finals, set to kick off on June 14 in Russia.
The team includes Makoto Hasebe and Keisuke Honda -- both of whom are to appear in the World Cup finals for a third successive time. The Samurai Blue on Saturday depart for Innsbruck, Austria, for a pre-tournament camp. After playing two games there, they travel to Russia.
