Janet Street-Porter was sent into a panic when she cut her fringe live on This Morning.
The Loose Women star joined hairdresser Michael Douglas' live cut-along in a bid to chop her fringe to a more manageable length.
Janet could barely see through her red hair when she first popped up on This Morning for a chat with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
Janet said she usually pops to the hairdressers to have her fringe trimmed every week and that she's never cut her hair on her own before.
Hairdresser Michael instructed Janet to separate her fringe from the rest of her locks with some clips, but without any at hand, she popped a shower cap on instead.
Using her kitchen scissors and a comb she got free on a plane, a nervous Janet did her best to snip away at her hair.
Just as Holly was congratulating Janet on the good job she'd done, Michael tried to interject, getting very nervous.
He told her: "You might have gone a bit crazy there, Janet. I'd slow down right there, you're getting a bit excited."
Viewers could barely believe what they were seeing.
