Here's all the news from around the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over the past 24 hours.
Vertonghen departure all-but confirmed
There has been plenty of speculation over Jan Vertonghen’s future at Spurs recently, given his lack of playing time under Jose Mourinho’s stewardship.
The Belgian defender clearly isn’t in favour with his manager – he’s made just four appearances since the Premier League’s return in June, with three of those simply late cameos from the bench.
And as Spurs confirmed qualification for next season’s Europa League with a 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace, he was once again left on the bench on Sunday.
And it appears that will be the last time we see him representing Tottenham, with both Harry Kane and Harry Winks bidding farewell to Vertonghen and goalkeeper Michel Vorm on social media after the game.

Mourinho looks ahead to next season
It might not have been the most inspiring result to end the season on, but it was a case of job done for Mourinho and Spurs on the final day of the season.
They went into their clash at Crystal Palace knowing that, with Wolves facing a tough challenge not too far away at Stamford Bridge, their European fate could well be in their own hands.
And so it proved as the 1-1 draw, coupled with Wolves’ 2-0 defeat at Chelsea, saw Spurs move into sixth in the table, and confirm their place in next season’s Europa League, regardless of whether Arsenal win the FA Cup on Saturday.

Having achieved his goal, Mourinho spoke in his post-match press conference on matters such as next season’s starting XI, transfers, and attacking problems.

Kane shows his class on final day
Harry Kane loves a final day fixture – his goal at Selhurst Park on Sunday was the seventh he’s scored on such an occasion.
Not only that, but his clinical finish from Giovani Lo Celso’s pass continued his hot run of form as he made it 14 goals in 19 matches under Mourinho.

But while the England skipper shined against Palace, it wasn’t such easy-going for some of his team-mates.
Son Heung-min and Harry Winks in particular seemed to have a tough time of it, although Toby Alderweireld did look like one of Spurs’ more composed players at the back.
