Here is all the latest news from around Stamford Bridge over the past 24 hours.
Jan Oblak transfer plan
Chelsea have already been extremely active in the transfer window to secure early deals, landing Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig.
Frank Lampard's plans are far from finished though and among the many names being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge is Atletico Madrid stopper Jan Oblak.
With Kepa Arrizabagala attracting vast amounts of criticism, the Blues have been heavily linked with a move for a replacement and Oblak is reportedly the leading candidate.
Diego Simeone has directly addressed the reports, which have suggested that Atletico could be forced into a sale due to the current economic situation.

Lampard told how to compete with Liverpool and Man City
Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has been told how his side can compete with Liverpool and Manchester City for the Premier League title next season.
The Blues have strengthened their side with the captures of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner but Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink believes defensive recruits are required.
"If you analyse them very, very well they are in the top four but they have had 49 goals against them – that is way too much," he told Premier League Productions.

"If you want to compete with the big boys that [defensive record] has to get better significantly. If you asked him (Lampard), that’s the department that he is really disappointed about. If you see the type of goals that are going in they are easy to defend."
Kepa is a 'massive issue'
Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton has stated that Kepa Arrizabalaga is a 'massive issue' for Frank Lampard as he continues to attract criticism.
The 25-year-old joined the Blues from Athletic Bilbao for a massive £71.6m price-tag but question marks continue to be raised, with Sutton concerned by the situation.
"I think the goalkeeper is a massive issue and defensively they've conceded two many goals. Frank will know that but there's no point worrying about that at this moment in time," he told Stadium Astro.
"Get over the line, get a Champions League spot, you know the riches which come from the Champions League and the finance which comes with that, and then he can address all these issues once the season finishes."
