Jamie xx, also known as one part of indie-pop trio the xx, is at the forefront of progressive London-based producers. Following the release of his debut solo album In Colour, which is a little more playful than his work with the xx, he tours Australia with his tender, flirty tunes.
With two DJs for uncles, the musician was bound for musical success and began spinning discs in Camden when he was 15. Since then, the 26-year-old has produced the albums of music royalty Drake and Alicia Keys, won the 2010 Mercury Prize for the xx’s self-titled release and remixed songs by Florence and the Machine, Adele and Nosaj Thing.
