Jamie Redknapp has posted a heartfelt message to Freddie Flintoff on his birthday.
The two are friends, as well as appearing together on A League of Their Own.
They also starred in DNA Journey on ITV last week, which replaced I'm A Celebrity... after it was cancelled due to Storm Arwen.

Jamie shared a series of photos to mark his friend's birthday, including a third one showing him, Freddie and Jack Whitehall, wearing minimal clothing and caked in mud.
Captioning the post, Jamie said: "Happy Birthday @aflintoff11. Have a great day big man.
"You’re one of the kindest, nicest and strangest people I have ever met!
"The laughs we have had together will live with me a lifetime. You’re a brother to me and always will be.
"Enjoy your day. Love you mate.
"Sorry I had to put the helmet @jackwhitehall in the pics but you know what he is like always sniffing about."
Fans were quick to send well-wishes to Freddie, as well as comment on the muddy photo.
