The stunning model, 37, liked a handful of the lovely comments posted beneath her latest picture which was originally shared over the weekend.
In the comments, Frida also responded with a series of prayer emojis to fans congratulating the happy couple.
It was a more subtle move, rather than making an official announcement.
Among a sea of comments she liked, one fan wrote: "Lovely news on your new baby. Congratulations to you both."
Another wrote: "Congratulations on your new baby."
While she liked the posts, Jamie and Frida have yet to officially break their silence on the news.
It's understood the footballer's parents Harry and Sandra have been told about their latest grandchild on the way.
A source told The Sun : “Jamie and Frida are absolutely delighted.
They’ve been virtually inseparable in lockdown, and their relationship has gone from strength to strength. The couple started telling their nearest and dearest last week.
“Jamie’s been telling pals he’s really excited to be a dad again — less excited about the sleepless nights, and nappy-changing. But both he and Frida will be brilliant, hands-on parents.”
