Jamie Redknapp has moved on from the divorce from his pop star ex-wife Louise to find new love with Swedish model Frida Andersson-Lourie.
The 47-year-old football legend is said to be falling for the 37-year-old bombshell after being introduced by mutual friends.
Father-of-two Jamie – who shares sons Charles, 16, and Beau, 11, with 45-year-old former wife Louise – was spotted out for a country walk with honey haired beauty Frida and their pet dogs over the past week.
And he is said to be getting on like a house on fire with mother-of-four Frida – who was previously married to 58-year-old American hedge fund businessman Jonathan Lourie.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Jamie feels ready to move on from his marriage to Louise and is happy to be doing it with someone who has kids too and is financially secure.
“It’s early days for Jamie and Frida, but they have grown close and are really enjoying spending time together when they can.”
It seems the fact both are busy parents has worked in favour for the blossoming romance.
The source continues: “Anyone who knows Jamie knows full well that his sons are his main priority and mean everything to him, he puts them first.
“But he really gets on with Frida and she has been very understanding about him juggling fatherhood and his successful TV career. He likes that she’s also a parent so fully appreciates the balance.”
Jamie and former Eternal singer Louise are considered one of the victims of the fateful Strictly Curse after they split within months of the music star competing on the BBC dance show.
Louise was partnered with Kevin Clifton on Strictly in 2016 – where they finished the competition in runner up position in December that year.
The collapse of her marriage to Jamie came just months later when in June 2017 it was revealed they had split and they were divorced by the end of the year.
The pair co-parent their two children together, which Jamie said "worked out really well" as they home schooled the boys during lockdown.
