Jools Oliver recalled her five devastating miscarriages over the years.
In a moving message to her husband Jamie, the mother-of-five looked back on the 20 years they have been married in recent days.
The wife of the TV chef, 46, reflected on the harrowing times as well as the happy moments in their life together.
They raise their five "wonderful" children Poppy, 18, Daisy Boo, 17, Petal, 11, Buddy, nine, and River, three.
In an open love letter to Jamie, Jools touched on their grief as she said the couple had "lost our five stars in the sky" when she reflected on her miscarriages.
She wrote: "I treasure the daily texts you send, you are romantic and constantly positive funny and a dedicated brilliant dad we have created 5 wonderful children and lost our 5 little stars in the sky."
It has been 20 years since Jools and Jamie were married at All Saints Church in Rickling, Essex in 2000.
Their love spanned almost three decades as they have been together 27 years.
The lovebirds had been due to renew their vows but because of the coronavirus pandemic the couple settled on a romantic picnic instead.
She wrote: "20 years married Today !!
"20 exciting, happy, fun wonderful years married to my best friend we were due to renew our wedding vowels this summer but that can wait! 20 years married but together 27 years my first true love.
"Yes I drive you Bonkers and you probably deserve a medal etc..but being with you feels like home (and you know much I love to be at home)!!! "
Jools celebrated the next chapter she and Jamie would embark on in the years to come.
The mother shared her devastation over losing their real wedding video because it was the "happiest day with the most wonderful memories".
She finished off the post: "Thank you for loving me the way you do we did it, on to the next chapter x
"Was devastated to have lost out real wedding video in one of our house moves so this is cobbled together from home videos.
"Truly the happiest day with the most wonderful memories. Still 20 years later my dance moves need updating better sort that out for our next wedding xxx."
