Jamie Mulgrew reveals one managerial job he would find hard to refuse

Jamie Mulgrew says the only job that would possibly lure him into management would be Linfield.

The 35-year-old captain is a dyed in the wool Blueman, having won every trophy available during 16 years with the Windsor Park giants.

Mulgrew is now full-time with Linfield, with the Big Two giants having gone fully professional back in June.

And while he doesn't have any plans to hang up the boots just yet, there are questions surrounding his future in the game.

Mulgrew runs his own kids' coaching business, and David Healy believes his midfield general has all the attributes to become a future manager of Linfield.

As for the future, Mulgrew admits he doesn't know what lies in store, but he did admit that there would be one job he would find hard to refuse.

"I am not sure," Mulgrew told the BBC, when asked about a potential move into management when he retires.

"Coaching, yes. Maybe further down the line.

"Management, I don't know.

"What I would say is that if you are ever offered a job at Linfield, a club I love and spend most of my life, then how could you turn it down."
