Jamie Laing had a secret fling with pal Alex Mytton's ex-girlfriend Lottie Moss

Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing had a fling with a close pal's ex.

During a trip to Los Angeles last year, the 30 year-old candy entrepreneur hooked up with Lottie, 21.

Lottie, who's the half-sister of modelling legend Kate Moss, is the ex-girlfriend of Jamie's best mate Alex Mytton.

Jamie's now in a relationship with Sophie "Habbs" Haboo, who is the former flame of another friend, Sam Thompson.

A source told MailOnline : "Jamie and Lottie got together during a trip to LA last year.

"Alex was extremely hurt when he found out - Jamie was supposed to be one of his best friends and it felt like the ultimate betrayal."

Alex and Jamie weren't the only mates forced to question their friendship - Lottie lived with Jamie's ex at the time, Frankie Gaff.

Another insider said: "To make things worse, Lottie was good friends and flatmates with Jamie's ex Frankie Gaff.

"She tried to keep what happened with Jamie secret but ended up moving out of Frankie's flat when it all came to light."

28 year-old Alex dated model Lottie for the better part of a year before calling it quits because they were both really busy.

Meanwhile Sam Thompson, who's now in a relationship with Love Island's Zara McDermott , has been refusing to speak to his old friend because of his romance with Habbs.

Jamie was set to appear in the current series of Strictly Come Dancing , but because of an injury was replaced at the last minute by Emmerdale's Kelvin Fletcher.

He's kept himself busy though, even officiating the wedding of Made in Chelsea's former resident love rat, Spencer Matthews, and his wife Vogue Williams.

The pair married in 2018 but recently held a second ceremony for those who weren't invited to the first ceremony.

Vogue told Hello magazine: "[Jamie] was so funny, he just made the whole thing hilarious - but he was sweet too.

"He said such lovely things about us and he knows us both so well, so it worked out perfectly."
