Jamie Dornan and Dame Judi Dench announced as guests on The Graham Norton Show

Jamie Dornan and Dame Judi Dench have been announced as guests on The Graham Norton Show.

The stars of new movie 'Belfast' will appear on the programme on October 29 at 22.35pm alongside Tinie Tempah and former Little Mix member Jesy Nelson.

Dornan and Dame Judi Dench previously attended the movie's European premier as part of the BFI London Film Festival on Tuesday, October 12 and were photographed hugging each other.

Kenneth Branagh 's 'Belfast' is a semi-autobiographical film following his upbringing in the city at the dawn of The Troubles in the late 1960s.

The plot follows a nine-year-old boy, Buddy, who is trying to navigate his way through this period in Northern Ireland.

It is being tipped for Oscar success at the 2022 Academy Awards, with the production company behind the film campaigning for 10-year-old Jude Hill, who plays Buddy, to be considered for the lead actor nomination.

Caitriona Balfe and Jamie Dornan play Buddy's "glamorous, working-class" parents with Judi Dench and Ciaran Hinds playing his grandparents.

Dornan's appearance The Graham Norton Show later this month should be entertaining as in 2014 when he was on the programme, he had fans in fits of laughter.

Jamie revealed he has always "had a complex" about the way he walks, and how it is always commented on.

"My mate... he said, 'you know why you have big calves... it's because you walk on your tip toes'.

"A couple of jobs I've done, the first day that we did The Fall and I had to walk, the producer and writer Allan Cubitt came up and said 'is that a character thing, or is that your walk?'

"We started working on things, he started talking about 'why don't you start taking longer strides," Dornan explained.

The Northern Irish actor them demonstrated how he walked, and how his wife tried to get him to walk, which the audience found hilarious.
