Liverpool are getting very good at pulling a Manchester United these days by scoring late goals and it’s starting to frustrate Manchester City fans.
The Reds bagged a dramatic and lucky goal earlier this season to win the Merseyside Derby at Anfield and did so again to edge out Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 on Sunday.
Mohamed Salah’s tame header was parried by Hugo Lloris before Toby Alderweireld couldn’t help turning the ball into his own net.
It led to an outburst from Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher in the commentary booth as he screamed: “Mo Salah you little dancer!”
Liverpool fans naturally loved the response but that wasn’t the same reaction provided by Man City supporters, who questioned Carragher’s professionalism.

Even Arsenal and Manchester United fans got in on the mix.
As for Carragher, he doesn’t care one bit about the criticism he’s received for the commentary.
“I don’t apologise. I’m a massive Liverpool fan and I’m desperate for them to win the league,” he told Sky Sports .
