Jamie Carragher doesn't hold back with Leeds United assessment ahead of final day showdown

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has not held back with his Leeds United verdict heading into the final day of the season. The Whites know they must win at Tottenham Hotspur and hope both Everton and Leicester City lose to ensure they'll be playing Premier League football next season.

Keeping a clean sheet would be a good start for the Whites, but easier said than done given they've the worst defensive record in the entire division. Leeds have conceded 74 goals in 37 games, conceding on average two goals a game.

"They’ve got terrible defenders, Leeds, they really, really have," Carragher told Sky Sports. "Sam Allardyce has come in and they’ve conceded seven goals in three games, and he’s a manager who’s known for making it difficult for the opposition."
