Jamie Carragher has provided his verdict on what went wrong for Arsenal in their 1-0 defeat at Sheffield United.
The Blades took the lead when Arsenal gave away a cheap goal away from a set piece, with Lys Mousset netting for the hosts in the 30th minute.
Arsenal dominated possession after that point but only managed to have three shots on target throughout the entire game as Chris Wilder's men frustrated Unai Emery and his side.
The Gunners now sit in fifth in the Premier League through nine matches after their second defeat of the season, with Emery's men currently two points adrift of the top four.
Whilst Arsenal still remain in a solid position to challenge for qualification back to the Champions League, Carragher was quick to criticise the Gunners following the defeat.
"I feel for Arsenal tonight. I thought it would be a tough one for them," Carragher told Sky Sports.
"I thought if Sheffield United performed anywhere near how they did against Liverpool (1-0 loss earlier this season) then they would win the game.
"We are talking about Arsenal on Monday. It's the same thing time and time again. I have done this show on a Monday night for five or six years and nothing has changed.
"Nothing is different under Unai Emery.
"The big thing is I thought Sheffield United would win before the game.
"They should get uploaded off and rightly so."
